General basis

Luma Protective Services provides operational security support and related services on the basis of clear agreement, practical feasibility and responsible execution.

Any assignment, discussion or cooperation is approached with attention to scope, context, availability and the actual operational conditions involved.

Assignment scope

All services are subject to the specific nature of the assignment, the agreed scope of work, operational feasibility and any conditions discussed prior to deployment. No service is deemed confirmed without clear agreement.

Availability and coordination

Availability of support, including additional capacity or specialist cooperation, depends on assignment timing, context, operational requirements and actual availability at the time of request. Coordination is always subject to practical assessment.

Responsible execution

Luma Protective Services only accepts assignments that can be approached clearly, responsibly and in line with the operational context. The aim is to organise support that is workable in practice, not to overstate capacity or scope.

Clarity before commitment

By working with Luma Protective Services, both parties acknowledge the importance of clear communication, realistic scope and operational feasibility before any deployment begins.
